Planing to further study in UK shall be a happy thing. Although RM30k is not cheap, but i think it would be worth for money if i can get what i want. Even i have to borrow money from here and there to get RM30k.
HOWEVER, i really cannot understand why TARC have to collect the deposit so early. I didn't hope that the deposit is refundable. But why shall it be so early???The deadline set is on December, n we would only depart from KL on JUN. If within this period, something happen to me or my family that cos me unable to get there, who pay me back the 300 pound (RM 1600++) deposit?????
THEN, I THOUGH sum1 so call "HEAD" may offer help on us. Not for borrowing money, just provide the adequate information for us would be very enough. Guest what i receive????
HEAD "Your are requested to come to SOT office and observe the notice pasted on the counter and the notice board. If you have anymore questions you can always ask the staff on duty and they will be more than happy to entertain you."

I have go to SOT office board to read the notice WRITTEN by the HEAD. He just guide us how fill in the form to apply LJU!!!! no such thing tell us to use RM to buy bankdraft for pound. Regardless of the amount i change for sterling. I bring the cash in pound to buy bankdraft on monday but rejected by the bank. Just because of 2 days delay. The currency increase n i paid extra RM50 to buy the same amount of 300 pound bankdraft. Who pay me back. We r not account student, n i also believe I am smart enough to go bank n buy a bankdraft. However, just because i have such small misunderstood n it cost me RM50. Who pay me back then???? I'm able to study at TACR for 4 years doens't means that I'm suppose to waste that extra money. I also believe if our HEAD also refuse to entertain an email from A student, what do u think the office duty staff will do to entertain all ABD2 student???
ops...sth left....not only 300 pound for deposit, another RM 200 for administration fees have to pay to TARC.
Isn't it fair??????
